Who Should Use TTT Programs?

Program-Specific Details

TDG by Ground – TTT Program

  • Validity: 3 years (regulated by Transport Canada) – Under section 6.5 of the TDG Regulations:
    • (a) for transport by aircraft, 24 months after its date of issuance; and
    • (b) for transport by road vehicle, railway vehicle, or vessel, 36 months after its date of issuance
  • Recertification: Required every 3 years
    • Discount available for current Worksite-certified instructors (requires previous completion of TTT TDG)

  • Validity: No formal expiry
    • However, annual refreshers are recommended under the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
  • Instructor Refresh: Encouraged every 3 years.
    • Discount available for current instructors (requires previous completion of TTT WHMIS)
