The 3M DBI Sala Nano-Lok™ Edge Self-Retracting Lifeline (SRL) is designed for ANSI Class 2 foot-level tie-off and leading-edge applications, making it ideal for construction environments. Featuring an ergonomic design for easy use, this compact lifeline can be worn on the user’s back, keeping it out of the way, and can replace traditional lanyards. Available in various models, it accommodates single or twin leg configurations for mounting to an overhead anchor or direct connection to a harness. A key feature of the Nano-Lok™ Edge SRL is its quick-activating speed-sensing brake system, which locks the lifeline rapidly, stopping a fall within inches and providing enhanced protection at lower heights. The lifeline also maintains tension, reducing the risk of dragging or tripping. Additional features include durable thermoplastic housing, a built-in connector for direct attachment to the harness, a high-capacity external energy absorber with an impact indicator, and RFID compatibility for inventory management systems, all contributing to a versatile and reliable safety solution for various applications.
